Faulty Product
Issues Covered: We will review requests for products that have defects such as holes, tears, or other faults.
Print Errors
Quality Issues: If there is a print error relating to the quality of the print and it is determined to be our fault, we will review and address these issues.
Address Issues
Incorrectly Provided Addresses: We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
Returned Packages:
If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Size Exchanges and General Returns/Exchanges
Exchanges and Returns:
Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges are not the responsibility of Insane Clothing. Customers must resubmit and pay for new orders if they require a different size or wish to return/exchange products for other reasons.
If there is any defect on the clothes, request for returns must be made within 7 days.
